CEI provides expert Construction Engineering services for a

extension of our design services, or to serve as an independent

construction engineering expertise in the design phase of
transportation construction projects by performing
constructability reviews, preparing specifications and analyzing
bids. Working as agents of our clients during the construction
phase, CEI administers construction contracts; assures

documentation; manages budgets; analyzes schedules and change
order requests; and assists in the resolution of disputes.
